I’m Stephanie (she/they), a queer, neurodivergent therapist, proud pet parent, bird watcher, coffee enthusiast, and lover of everything nature.

I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma survivors, and high risk children/teens, as well as folks navigating ADHD, complex trauma, childhood family experiences & more!

You can be yourself here. You deserve a supportive space with someone (me!) who will be in your corner!

My priorities as a therapist…

Creating a non-judgemental, affirming, space that honors and validates people of diverse identities and lived experiences.

Developing strong relationships and highlighting healing as something that happens through supportive relationships, not in isolation.

Using play, art, and stories to help children express emotions in a safe space.

FAQ’s

It’s normal to have questions when starting therapy! Here are some things folks wonder about.

  • My self-pay fee is 140$ for individual therapy. I offer a few sliding scale spots that are based on availability.

  • I’m currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinis PPO plans and in the process of credentialing more. Check back soon!

  • I accept all major credit cards. Payments are due at the time of service and are taken electronically through Simple Practice.

  • Yes! I offer telehealth for Illinois and Indiana residents.

  • I typically work Monday-Thursday from 11AM to 7PM. If you reach out Friday-Sunday, those days aren’t considered business hours, and I won’t respond to your message until the next business day.

  • I charge 85$ for cancellations unless there is at least a 24 hour notice.

  • Session times range from 50 minutes to 60 minutes.

  • For the greatest therapeutic benefit, it’s recommended to start weekly and go from there! But let me know, I am willing to work with whatever feels sustainable for you :)
